Da finde ich leider kein width.

Das klappt scheinbar nicht. Ich habe es jetzt bis 250px probiert und es passiert überhaupt nichts :-(

Dann könntest du unter

die Zeile hinzufügen:

wobei 800 (oder andere Zahl) nur mal ein x-beliebiger Wert ist. Und diese (z.B.) 800 Gesamtbreite dann mit den (z.B.) 250 Sidebar-Breite so zueinander ins Verhältnis bringen, bis das gewünschte Layout erreicht wird.

Da tut sich leider auch überhaupt nichts.
Das Einzige, was jetzt - unabsichtlich - passiert ist, ist, dass der Text in der Sidebar zentriert sitzt!
Da wollte ich gar nicht so haben :-(

Vielleicht würde es schon reichen, wenn ich die dicken Linien zwischen den Blöcken halbieren oder dritteln könnte. Die stören mich nämlich immens. Nachdem ich sie passend zum Beitragshintergrund "eingefärbt" habe, war dummerweiser das Kommentarfeld nicht mehr sichtbar - großes Raten, wohin schreiben. Wenn schon sichtbare Linien, dann hätte ich die gerne zart.

Ich sag mal in der DAU-Sprache, was ich gerne ändern würde, wenn es geht:
Den Beitragsbereich ca. so breit wie das aktuelle Blog jetzt mit Sidebar ist, und daran angepasst eine etwas breitere Sidebar - ca. plus 25 bis 50 % der aktuellen.
Ich kopier mal den ganzen Stylesheet rein.
Das frustet ein bisschen :-(
